Here I explore my answers to the eternal question, “What can we eat tonight?” I aim to add more fresh produce in a variety of colors to my diet, without spending all day in the kitchen.
While I’ve always enjoyed delicious food, it took me a while to get excited about cooking. This is primarily because I was resistant to the stereotype of a woman’s place being in the kitchen.
However, I’ve realized that the fastest, most delicious, and most economical way to eat healthy food and get more plants into my diet is to put them there myself. This way I can free up my time to focus on what’s most important. Join the community!
